The wind's in a rage tonight, turbulence reigns
A vestige of chaos in flight, where no hand refrains
Excessive, ignoble, misdemeanours and crimes
A curse going global, live in interesting times
Stop and wander farther afield to a short while ago
What was sown now proffers its yield, who wants to know?
The wind begins to hammer down on available panes
Beyond it all, the same disc, waxes and wanes
More words, more plans, but they're just good intentions
Any road you choose has well and truly been paved
One world, one pain, demanding attention
It's no longer enough to simply number the brave
Heaven's breath with a sigh, is someone making amends
Someone hopes, somebody cries and more than someone depends
On a ray of hope refracting, touching empathy on darkness and fears
There has to be a way of acting sooner on the pain and the tears
